So after all the transitions and mergering and posturing, I feel that I can say it sucks to be right (for the umpteen-hundredth time). My company is just plain fucked up! First we were bought, and forced to lay off a large portion of the company (read: design and marketing). Then we merged, and the design and marketing functions moved to our sister company on SF. Now, they (read: SF) have laid off a large portion of the company (read: design and marketing), and ironically, those functions have now been transferred back to us in Boston.
