A police supervisor who was demoted after he was accused of making a daily habit of swiping newspapers from a convenience store is suing to get his job back.
so…he would take some papers, and then return them later in the day. And he didn’t pay for them. But he returned them. Hrmmm. And the owner of the store never said “hey! what the hell are you doing!?”?
Brewer said the matter of the newspaper thefts was a misunderstanding between Albert and the store owner.
oh! is that all? ok…I guess it’s ok now. There was a misunderstand: I wanted your papers, and didn’t want to pay, and you wanted me to pay. You misunderstood my not paying as stealing.
