I used to not like baseball. Then I liked baseball, but didn’t like any one team in particular. For me, who cares about the teams, as long as it is a good game. And then the Red Sox came into my life…

At least last night’s game was a good game. Last night sucked!!!!

There were so many great things about the team this year. New owners that were really involved. Records being broken left and right. Some great additions. A roller coaster ride of a post-season that my blood flowing more than any exercise regimen would ever do…

There were some crappy things going on…but really, why mention them? Does me no good to relive them, right?

Right.

To be honest, I didn’t even see Boone’s home run. I ran downstairs to grab the laundry on a commercial break, and came up to the worst pitcure my television has ever displayed. Nine hours later, I still haven’t seen it…and I’m looking to keep it that way.

It’s time for fall to begin, and it’s time to focus on other things.
