I had a late afternoon meeting with my boss yesterday to discuss things.

The long and the short of it is that there are tons of problems in the company as far as roles not being filled and too much work being done by too few people, and it is understandable that temper will flare up from time to time. Blah, blah, blah. I had a responsiblity to behave a certain way in the argument, but the director of mismarketing had even more of a responsibily to not get baited so easily by me and loss his shit…

we both get a small little write-up on our record. I made sure that if i was getting one, that he was getting one too.

From the scuttlebutt in the office, I guess he’s been losing his shit more and more these days. I wonder how many write-ups he has under his belt? I know that this is my first in the last 6 years, and my second in the last 7.
