so…last night we got to have dinner with Amytart and Druzba, and it was a wicked good time!! They brought along their adorable, baby girl, Isabelle. She might be the happiest, most well-behaved baby I have ever seen! She was the center of attention, both inside and outside of the restaurant!

We met up at Friday’s in Everett because it is somewhat Atkins-friendly (don’t worry Druzba, nobody thinks you’re really on Atkins!!!). The waitress was way too hyper and attentive. First she would come around every 5 minutes to check on us, but we hadn’t even opened the menus — it’s not really her fault that we were in the middle of the “hi, how are you, nice to meet you, are you having a good stay” portion of our introductions, and she didn’t know. But, she started in on how much she just loved Isabelle! Now, I understand working it for a bigger tip, but normally that attention is at least directed towards someone who could pay! She even offered to pick up the tab in exchange for the baby!!!

The Druzbas are really fun, and it’s rumored that they will be joining us at Falcon Ridge this year!!!
