I swear I woke up I little bit older today
Happy Birthday to me! I’m 28 years old today!
I woke up this morning, and Erika gave me a birthday card, and I could barely read it! Sure it was still dark out and I didn’t turn on any lights, but I’m thinking that it’s just old age!
Erika bought me a keyboard! I’ve been playing guitar (which, come to think about it, I got as a birthday gift, too!) for 7 years now, and have decided to get serious, so I’m taking a music theory class. Now, anytime that I pass a piano I point out to Erika (who used to play piano a lot) that I know what the keys are — now I can stop looking like a dork in public and practice in the security of my own home!!!
I’m sending out a big group thank you to everyone who sent me an ecard!

Happy birthday! I hope said keyboard has instrumental accompaniment mode for “A Whole New World” because that’s a signature of quality. It just ain’t a keyboard worth having unless you’ve got that.
