screw you guys, I’m going home…and staying there!
I had an exam in my geography class this morning, so I decided to take an earlier train and get a little extra studying in beforehand. Well, wouldn’t you know it, my train became disabled three stops from Boston!
There were probably 700-800 people on the train, and we all had to get off the train, and move from the inbound platform to the outbound platform. When the next train came through (the train I normally take) they expected us all to fit. HA! We didn’t, and some people were left to catch a second train that was also pretty much full.
I didn’t get into North Station until 9:00, which is 20 minutes later than I normally do — but I didn’t take the 7:50, I took the 7:20, so I was 50 minutes later than I wanted to be…and I still had to get to campus!
I was 15 minutes late for my test, but I think I did ok…
And, now, I see this: Chemical leak evacuates Sullivan T stop, affects MBTA and I-93 traffic. It’s a good think that my line isn’t going to be affected!
The freaky thing about this all?
I used to catch the T at Sullivan Station, and I’ve taken pictures of the train that sprung a leak!
