I’m not allowed to complain about my job…well, at least for the next, say, 20 or 30 minutes
so…we’ve got a really large project coming up this summer…correction, I have a really large project coming up this summer. It’s not that I’m doing it alone, it’s just that I’m architecting it and developing it, oh, and testing it, which is just a bit more than most people are going to be doing.
But I’m not here to complain.
In preparations for the project, my team has taken over a conference room. We have spent the last three weeks in there, but it’s not without benefits: fully networked, great views of Back Bay, isolated from the entire company.
Today, two guys on my team are either in meetings or working from home, so I have the room to myself. It’s a bigger office than our CEO! I rule!
I think I’m going to move a mini fridge in here…
If only I had a TV tuner card on my laptop…
