Why are Avril’s songs so angry?

Avril Lavigne has explained why the lyrics to her songs were angry: She was eating too many carbs, according to MSNBC.com. The “Complicated” singer is out promoting her new album, “Under My Skin,” and has given this reason for her former angst: “I was eating bad stuff,” Lavigne said. “Lots of sugar and carbs, junk food all the time. It makes you very irritated. I spent some time with a nutritionist and learned I had low blood sugar. Now I eat accordingly.”

What does a 17-year-old white girl have to be angry about? Oh, poor me, I kissed Tommy and then he kissed Sally.

Deal with it, kid!

Carbs?!

Is she sure she wants to cut those out? I mean who is going to buy an album from a kinder, gentler Avril?
