women that rock take a walk!
so…Erika, Su and Jessie are off on the Breast Cancer 3-Day walk. I think what they are doing is truly amazing!
I’ve gone on a handful of training walks, but I’m not even close to the hundreds of miles the three of them have put in, just to top it off with 60 more miles this weekend!
I’ll make updates as I hear from them…
I dropped them off this morning around 6:20AM and the opening ceremony, and hear from Erika around 10:00AM — they were at a rest stop 7 miles into the walk.
Update:
Just hear from Erika, at 4:30PM, and they’re done for the day!!
Sounds like they’re doing ok — blisters aside!
