I know someone else who is “guilt-as-sin”
Md. judge says college football player ‘guilty as sin,’ but acquits him of assault
You know, I don’t even care about the crime; if you’re a judge, and you know someone is guilty, YOU CONVICT THEM!
A judge, while acknowledging he believed a college football player was ‘’guilty as sin,'’ acquitted him of charges related to a run-in with police after a lawyer argued that a conviction could end the player’s career.
Oh no! Not his precious football career!!
A “run-in” with the cops? Shit! Jamal Lewis is playing ball while awaiting trial on Federal drug charges, and this little kid mouthing off to the cops is going to affect his career?!
Career? How can you actually judge if he’s going to have a career? From what I see, he hasn’t done much so far.
Judge R. Patrick Hayman…hmmm…can you say booster?

That judge should have his license revoked. What a dumbass. Charge him with a lesser offense if you feel it was a one time foolish mistake, but to acquit him outright is a joke.
