mommy, my hands are cold…
so…I’ve been noticing something lately that’s been really bothering me (go figure…that never happens!): When did Dunkin’ Donuts start giving people large styrofoam cups to put their plastic iced coffee cups in? Did one person request this, and then another one saw and asked and so on and so forth?
True, I’ve been the victim of the occasional condensation on the plastic cups, but I’m seeing so many people do it now that I’m thinking it’s not just the moisture issue. Are people wanting an iced coffee without the iced hand?
I’ve always harbored a delusion that markets should respond to customer requests, so will the plastic cup go away, in favor of *shiver* styrofoam?
Will dunkies raise their prices to absorb (all pun intended) the extra costs?
