I’ve been drivin’ all night, my hand’s wet on the wheel
em and jason have both posted their lists of “driving songs.”
I don’t drive a ton, but I do spend at least 3 hours a day commuting via train and subway. These are albums that are essential to make sure I don’t take someone’s life during my commute (in no particular order):
Rage Against the Machine - Rage Against the Machine
Miles Davis - In A Silent Way
Miles Davis - Bitches Brew
Phish - Rift
Led Zeppelin - Houses of the Holy
And, I guess any sort of long, exploritory jam by String Cheese Incident, moe., Phish, the Grateful Dead, etc. I need to be able to get lost in the music and escape my surroundings.

All five during the same listening session? Interesting. I’m so glad to see somebody has heard of radar love.
