so…I got new glasses today. Nothing special, nothing fancy. They’ve got magnet clip-on sunglasses, which was the only reason why I got them.
My other pair of glasses work just fine — the new ones have a few adjustments in the center of focus, which is nice. The problem is that I over-wear my contacts, and my eyes have been so irritated for the last month or so I can’t even be sure that I have my contacts in my vision is so bad. And it’s all because of the sun: I need to wear sunglasses. So, now I have no excuse. Riiiighttt.
I hate that I have to adjust the nose pieces and ear pieces all over again — if I’m going to wear glasses, I at least do want to be “maintaining” them all day, pushing back up my nose and such…
I’d say that getting older sucks, but I’ve been wearing (or have needed) glasses since I was in 3rd grade.
