daylight savings came late this year

DSC02162

so…Samson has been attempting to sleep through the night — 5-6 hours, starting around 8:30-9pm — which is realy nice. True, our bedtime has become 9pm, but oh, the sleep is nice.

Well, yesterday, Sammy decided to fall alseep at 5:30pm! And Erika was right, it was the start of his “big” sleep. Now, he managed to “dream feed” — I love this concept — over 4 ounces at 8pm, but in no way did that reset his sleep, and he was up at midnight.

I guess we need to figure out a way to keep an already overtired, overstimulated up for an extra 3 hours — good, good times!

Now, if you’ll excuse me, my son is expecting his noon playtime, at 9am!

It’s so crazy how every baby is so different. Charlotte sleeps from 11pm - 6am every day. I’m dying to try to move it back to 9 or 10pm but I don’t want to mess with it quite yet!

    Good for Sammy, finally sleeping!
