The air this morning has that relaxing, post-thunderstorm, Summer smell to it. The sky, however, has a post-snow, reflective-ambient, definately Winter glow to it.

I know I’m late jumping on this bandwagon of disgust, but, I think Tom Petty owes me one bourbon, one scotch, AND one beer for every time I’ve heard the intro to his new(ish) song and thought it was going to be George Thorogood’s magnum opus to my friend, Sketchy Pete.

And, for the record, no amount of bourbon, scotch, and/or beer will make that Tom Petty song sound good.
