so…here’s the punch list for things in and around our house (in no particular order):

    Hey, I was thinking about naming my band “Minor Third” and stumbled onto your site. Very cool. Great blog name.

    You’ve got some good tunes up there. I’m a big Iron & Wine fan…

    I also use MT 3.2 on my server, which was a lot of fun to setup… Just kidding.

    I thought it was interesting that you had that fretboard background for your blog. I have something similar, but never saw anyone else do that.

    p.s.
    Last year I remodeled a large portion of an 1896 Queen Anne Victorian, so I know what you’re going through in that regard. I know Lowes like the back of my hand…
