the one where David Blaine gets into my lunchbox
so…this morning I was running short on time (big surprise!) during my morning kitchen routine, and instead of having breakfast I decided to wrap it up for my train ride.
One ham and turkey sandwich for lunch. One peanut butter and peach jam sandwich for breakfast.
I have a flat, L.L. Bean lunchbox, which just happens to two sandwich lengths long, and one sandwich width wide. So, I made a point of putting my breakfast sandwich at the end where the zipper starts…you know, just to save time (I AM a model of efficiency. A poor example of one, but a model nonetheless).
Well, imagine my surprise when I grabbed the sandwich closest to the zipper and found it to be a ham and turkey!
Something strange is afoot in my lunchbox!
I though all of that aluminum foil was supposed to stop the aliens from seeing the innerworkings of my lunchbox.

so…that wasn’t as good of a story as it was in my head, but you try making sense of the sandwich switch at 5:45am, and you see how much sense you make…
