early morning randomness

I work in an office where there is a water cooler at almost every corner (overheard: “the pay might not be great, but we’re well hydrated”). Keeping that in mind: I see a guy fill up a Brita pitcher every morning, from the tap in the kitchen…
…right next to the water cooler…

It seems like the good folks at Bloglines have taken on the responsibility of clearing out any of my old, unread feeds. Thanks…I wasn’t planning on reading those on the train, or anything.

If you’ve read this blog over the years this will come as a surprise: I am one of the most calm and level-headed people in my office.
I was just praised by two different people for two different difficult situations that I had to deal with — I think if helps that the volatile players in these cases remind me of me two or three years ago…
