Call it direct. Call it collect. But, call it TODAY!!
so…I got to bed an hour earlier last night, and I overslept by an hour this morning. For all the extra sleep, I feel like crap!
I’ve been fight a sinus headache for about a week, and I think without the normal fog that I’m in during the early morning hours the headache is taking every opportunity to shine through…

if the cereal companies are kind enough to announce that “some settling may occur” on the top of every cereal box, don’t you think they could at least offer some best practices to “unsettle” the contents?
If I’m sitting down to a nice bowl of raisin bran, I would like raisins from the very first bowl; not just the last five! I want some direction, like ” hold box over head and spin it counter-clockwise, end over end, while hopping up and down and spinning yourself clockwise. Twice.”
I think that’s a small service that they could supply, in place of introducing yet another flavor of rice krispies or pebbles cereal.

There was some sort of train issue on some line that carries, what would appear, the entire 4th floor of my building.
I’m not sure what the 4th floor does, but by the looks of the group I shared the elevator with this morning, I’m venturing a guess at some sort of legal/troll magic services.
btw, if you’re wearing a tie: leave the white Nikes in the closet.
anyway…the elevator gets to floor 4 and Nike-boy does a fist pump and says “Yes!”, like he just score match point in Wii tennis…
Whatever they’re doing on 4, he’s excited about it.

Speaking of Pebbles cereal: are the Flintstones even on tv anymore? Isn’t this just a lost brand? Are there kids out there, in the target sugared cereal market, that actually know who Pebbles and Bam-Bam are, or is this just a nostalgic cereal for adults that long for rainbow colored milk?

On my boxes they don’t say to spin clockwise…no wonder!

Fruity Pebbles (with whole milk) were my all-time guilty pleasure, to the point that I could easily consume a whole box. They reminded me of autumn, with the reds and yellows and oranges. But then they added blue and/or purple, and the magic died. (Or should I say dyed?)
